1. Damaged or Defective Items

- Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement.
2. Instant Return Policy:
Inspect your order upon delivery. Instant return available for any issues or defects—no hassle, no wait.
Please note that Delivery charges should be paid upon delivery for instant return.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
Size Mismatch | Faulty Product | Color or Product Mismatch.
Exchanges will be sent via Pathao courier. *** Delivery charges must be paid upon Exchange delivery.
4. Order Cancellations

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Refunds for canceled orders (if paid in advance) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
